XJ – Links Only – Front

Description

This is a product option to purchase just the link components for our front 3 link kit. There are 4 options available which cover just replacement links for both bolt in and DIY packages, as well as complete link solutions for both of those including heims, jam nuts, misalignment spacers, and 9/16″ LCA hardware as well as the 1/2″ UCA hardware. NOTE: The factory upper control arm bolt at the axle is 10mm, this kit is set up for a larger 1/2″ bolt, so the stock bushing will be needed to drilled to the larger size, or a larger bushing option will be required for installation

DIY Links – Links Only: This option includes the same extra long LCA and UCA tubes as our primary kit, along with the necessary threaded inserts to weld in after cutting the links to your desired length. This option starts with enough tubing for 5-6″ of stretch before cutting to length. (No heims or related hardware)

Prebuilt Links – Links Only: This option includes the prebuilt LCAs and UCA with the inserts already welded in, along with the fork welded on to fit factory bushing configuration on the axle side of the UCA. This is for vehicles closer to stock wheelbase. They are good for approximately .5″ stretch to almost 2″ of stretch. (No heims or related hardware)

DIY Links – With Heims: This option provides the tubing and inserts of the DIY Links – Links Only option, as well as the heim joints, jam nuts, misalignment spacers and  link hardware to complete the entire link assembly. Great option if you have previously purchased a bare crossmember, and decide later you would like to add the links to complete the kit.

Prebuilt Links – With Heims: This option provides the tubing with prewelded inserts of the Prebuilt Links – Links Only option, as well as the heim joints, jam nuts, misalignment spacers and link hardware to complete the entire link assembly. Great option if you have previously purchased a bare crossmember, and decided later you would like to add the links to complete the kit without too much wheelbase stretch.
