Notes before purchase:

-Cutting of the factory sheet metal between the frame rails is required

-This does not work with OEM sway bar mounts! A custom configuration will be required if you are running a sway bar (adding sway bar mounts to the bottom of the bumper would be acceptable)

-This stubby bumper comes unpainted, but ready to install including all required hardware.

-Steering box support bearing and related hardware is a separate product

-Max. winch size – 9500lbs due to packaging limitations. Fitment of all winches cannot be guaranteed due to varying dimensions between manufacturers. The electronic control box of your winch will have to be relocated away from the top of the winch due to tight packaging between the winch and bottom of the radiator.

-Two pod light cutouts toward the sides are shaped to fit generic 6-LED lights in a 2×3 configuration. Center pod seen in product image removed from the design. Variations between manufacturers means some customizing may be required during install.

The bumper mounts are made out of 1/4″ steel, and capture the 3 steering box bolts and 2 smaller 3/8″ forward bolts, for a total of 5 anchors per side (all included with purchase). The body of the bumper is 3/16″ steel, and bolts to these mounts with 7, 3/8″ bolts per side via clip nuts for convenient one tool installation. The holes are slotted between the bumper body and mounts which allows the bumper to be mounted to stock frame rails, or with frame stiffeners up to 3/16″ thick.
