XJ – Complete Belly Kit

Description

Notes before purchase: This is a weld on suspension kit! Exhaust modifications are necessary for the skid plate, rear 4 link kit, and up front if you decide to run a passenger side upper link (drivers side upper links have no clearance issue). Rear coil buckets are not included, but will be available soon. The complete belly options with no links do not include heim joints. All components come unpainted.

This fully optimized kit is designed with primarily 3/16″ plate steel that is highly reinforced in all crucial areas for ultimate durability at lighter weight than many kits in existance. It is prepared to handle anything thrown at it with any axle combination from factory axles with 33″ tires all the way up to full one ton axles and 40″ or greater tires. The skid drops with a single tool using 7 bolts for ultimate convenience, and the 3 piece crossmembers can have the centers removed for future service or transmission removal.

If ordering with links – LCAs are made from highly bend resistant 2×2 .250″ square steel tubing, uppers are 1.5″ .250 DOM tubing. Paired with 1.25″ lower and .875″ upper heat treated chromoly heims. Prebuilt links are designed for 0-2″ stretch, DIY links have enough tubing length for up to 6″ of stretch for the customer to decide

Complete Belly with Prebuilt Links Includes: Front crossmember, Rear crossmember, skid plate, rear axle truss, rear axle UCA brackets, rear axle LCA brackets, along with all necessary tubing, heim joints, tube inserts, jam nuts, misalignment spacers, and link hardware. The links come prewelded, so they just require assembly.
